Our walk in November was a lovely Winter walk. We started with very cold temperatures but beautiful sunny skies and lovely tree colours. We followed the orange path that leads around the wall of the formal garden and leads down to the east side of the lake. At the far end we continued straight (not following the lake) and followed the path which eventually led us to the Mausoleum. It had become a bit overcast and windy. We got within half a mile of the end of the walk when it started to snow and it quickly turned into a blizzard conditions with horizontal snow! We were ready for a warm drink and food at the cafe.
