Our May walk was postponed for a week due to heavy rain forecast. So we set off on 29 May and had a few spots of rain when we started which lasted a couple of minutes and a short sharp shower just as we were finishing our lunch. Other than that we had lovely weather. We walked through the main path where the rhododendrons were and also beautiful foxgloves. The flowers were beautiful and we climbed up a view point to see a carpet of colours. We followed the red trail down to the coast and walked along the cliffs to Weybourne beach. We then head inland to Weybourne where we stopped for lunch at Ali’s of Weybourne. The food and service was very good. We then continued up to Weybourne Station which is the North Norfolk Railway and we were lucky enough to see a steam train just leaving towards Holt. We then turned back into Sheringham Park and made our way back to the start.
